The two 9th grade

The two 9th grade home schooled students, who take a class once a week under a certified teacher, each came for tutoring today. Their test grades from last week were 99 and 97. Both were working on factoring. I showed each how to factor the difference of two squares, both by the rule and an example. From there they were able to solve those problems independently.
