Student had no home work

A 7th grade Pre-Algebra student had no home work assignments nor any papers or tests (or quizzes) since returning eight days ago from the break. We helped shore up the basics on fractions and decimals, which had given him some difficulties in the past. Once again the same theme is replayed: teachers are not teaching math daily and no home work simply wastes another teachable moment.
